BACKGROUND
Samira has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015. She is passionate about the legal, regulatory and societal challenges of innovation, freedom of expression and creativity in the digital age.
She spent five years at the international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills within the IP/IT department, before joining TikTok in 2020 as Legal Counsel, where she worked on copyright matters and French and EU regulation of online content.
In 2025, drawing on these experiences, she founded Antilope to put her passion and expertise at the service of companies, entrepreneurs and creators, while pursuing her teaching and writing projects.

BACKGROUND
Élodie has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015. She holds a DJCE and an LL.M. from King’s College London.
She spent eight years practicing as a lawyer in Paris at both French (FTPA) and international (Herbert Smith Freehills) firms, specializing in IP, press law, digital and media matters.
In 2021, Élodie joined Meta as Litigation Counsel, later serving as Associate General Counsel. She managed all litigation in France and Southern Europe relating to user accounts, online content and platform products (including Facebook and Instagram).
In 2025, she founded Antilope to bring this combined expertise and perspective to clients in the tech and creative industries.
